Business units of Tecalemit into independent companies

Oy Tecalemit Ab has prepared to meet the future challenges by incorporating all the five business units of the current company. The five new independent companies will be operating under Tecalemit Group starting from January 1, 2009.

The companies of Tecalemit Group are:

- Tecalemit Oy (Garage Equipment)
- Tecalemit Environment Oy
- Tecalemit Flow Oy
- Tecalemit Industrial Oy
- A-Tec Service Oy

The Tecalemit Group is a member of a stock listed company, Indutrade AB. The Chairman of the Board in all the Tecalemit companies is Mr. Curt Kock, Managing Director of Indutrade Oy.

Attached please find a list of the persons nominated as managing directors of the new companies as well as VAT identifications and bank details that should be used from the beginning of the year 2009.
